The purpose of this study is to test the safety of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody, to see what effects it has on patients with CLL and to determine the highest dose of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody that can be given without causing severe side effects.

The primary endpoint is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody in patients with CLL. Secondary endpoints include assessment of response rate, duration of response, relapse free survival, time to treatment failure, safety, and survival.

The dose escalation will be started at 35cGy for patients with platelet counts \> 100,000 cells/mm3 (Cohort A) and increased by groups in 10cGy increments until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is reached. Subsequently, patients with platelet counts from 75,000-100,000 cells/mm3 (Cohort B) will be enrolled starting at 10cGy below the MTD reached in Cohort A and the dose will be escalated in 10cGy increments up to the MTD.

Safety and Efficacy Study of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A Phase I, Dose-Escalation, Open-Label, Multicenter Study of Iodine-131, Anti-B1 Antibody for Intermediate- and High-Risk B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of using Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody for the treatment of patients with large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) who have achieved a response following 6-8 cycles of CHOP therapy.

The primary endpoint is to determine the incidence of Grade IV hematologic toxicity following Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody consolidation for patients with diffuse large B-cell NHL who achieved a response (PR, CRu, CR) following first-line CHOP chemotherapy. The secondary efficacy endpoints are to determine the complete response rate, duration of response, duration of complete response, progression-free survival, and time to treatment failure. The pharmacokinetic endpoint is to determine the total body residence time following the dosimetric dose. The secondary safety endpoints are to determine the incidence of adverse experiences, hematologic toxicity (e.g., nadir, time to nadir, and time to recovery), use of supportive care, percent of patients converting to human anti-murine antibody (HAMA) positivity, and survival.

Safety and Efficacy of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody for Intermediate Grade Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Following First Line CHOP

Phase II Multicenter Study of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody Consolidation For Patients With Diffuse Large B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Following First-Line CHOP

The purpose of this study is to enable retreatment with Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody therapy for patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) who previously responded (PR, CCR, or CR) for at least 3 months to Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody therapy.

The endpoints of the study are to determine the response rate, complete response rate, duration of response, time to progression, time-to-treatment failure, safety, and survival following Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody therapy in patients with NHL who previously responded (PR, CCR, or CR) with a duration of response of at least 3 months to Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody therapy.

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody followed by CHOP and to see what effects it has on patients with previously untreated mantel cell lymphoma.

The primary efficacy endpoint of this study is to determine the duration of response of the sequential administration of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody followed by six cycles of CHOP for patients with previously untreated MCL. The secondary efficacy endpoints for this study are to determine the response rate, confirmed response rate, complete response rate, confirmed complete response rate, duration of response for confirmed responders, duration of response for complete responders, duration of response for confirmed complete responders, progression-free survival, time to treatment failure, and the predictive value of detection of minimal residual disease by molecular techniques on response duration. The pharmacokinetic endpoint is to determine the total body residence time of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody following the dosimetric dose. The safety endpoints are to determine the incidence of adverse experiences, hematologic toxicity, (e.g., nadir, time to nadir, and time to recovery), use of supportive care, percent of patients converting to human anti-murine antibody (HAMA) positivity, the effects of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody on the growth and function of hematopoietic progenitor cells, and survival of patients with previously untreated MCL treated with Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody followed by six cycles of CHOP.

Safety and Efficacy Study of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody Plus CHOP For Untreated Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Phase II Study Of Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody Plus CHOP For Patients With Previously Untreated Mantle Cell Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to determine the proper dose, effectiveness, and safety of using Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody for the treatment of patients with previously treated non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) who have greater than 25% bone marrow involvement with lymphoma.

The primary endpoint is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of Iodine-131 Anti B-1 Antibody in patients with previously treated NHL having more than 25% bone marrow involvement with lymphoma. Secondary endpoints include assessment of response rate, duration of response, relapse-free survival, time to treatment failure, safety, and survival.

The dose escalation will be started at 45cGy and will be escalated in 10cGy increments until the maximum tolerated dose in reached.
