The creation of a prospective clinical-biological base dedicated to peritoneal carcinosis must therefore be able to serve as a support for this essential search for transfer.

The main objective is to improve the knowledge of carcinosis mechanisms to develop a specific treatment.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether a second-look laparoscopy, followed by peritonectomy, hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) or systemic chemotherapy in case of peritoneal carcinosis, improves the overall survival of patients who have had radical resection of mucinous colorectal cancer.

Patients will be entered into the study after radical resection of mucinous colorectal cancer, and reevaluated by CT scan after 6 months. Patients with no evidence of disease will be randomized to receive either standard follow up, or to have a second look laparoscopy to evaluate for peritoneal carcinosis. After laparoscopy, those patients who do not have peritoneal carcinosis will continue with standard follow up. Patients with peritoneal carcinosis diagnosed by laparoscopy will be treated according to their peritoneal carcinosis index (PCI). For patients with PCI \> 20, systemic chemotherapy will be given according to Italian Association of Medical Oncology (AIOM) guidelines. Patients with PCI \< 20 will undergo peritonectomy and then receive intravenous chemotherapy immediately followed by HIPEC.

COLLAT-COVID is an observational study based on retrospective data issued from patients medial files.

The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply and globally impacted usual procedures and patients management in cancer centers. The aim of this study is to set-up and collect indicators to follow-up the activities of different cancer pathologies before and during the pandemic. Patients loss' of chance will be analysed in term of diagnosis and access to care (surgery, antineoplastic treatments).

Data collection will focus on the analysis of 2 specific pathologies for French patients in the "Auvergne-Rhône Alpes" Area: peritoneal carcinosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Spectral CT is a rapidly expanding imaging modality that allows a reduction in iodine dose and irradiation compared to conventional scanning. It uses the difference in attenuation of the material according to the two different energy levels of the incident x-ray beams. The dual-energy scanner has a wide range of clinical applications, particularly in abdominal imaging.

First of all, the virtual creation of mono-energy images between 40 and 140 keV has shown subjective and objective improvement of tumor detection of hypovascular lesions using low energies (40keV). It has been shown to be of interest in vascular and cardiac imaging, and to reduce artefacts in bone imaging. However, its performance in oncology analysis has been little studied. The selection of patients for peritoneal and hepatic carcinosis surgery is fundamental, as surgery allows a prolongation of survival, but are associated with a non-negligible morbi-mortality rate.

Spectral CT provides improved detection of peritoneal carcinosis and liver metastases of colorectal cancer compared to conventional CT acquisition.
