Brief Summary: This is an open-label，single-arm, phase II exploratory study that evaluates the efficacy and safety of Camrelizumab combined with Chemotherapy （carboplatin or cisplatin + etoposide）and Apatinib as First Line treatment in Advanced or Metastatic Extrapulmonary Neuroendocrine Carcinomas（EP-NEC）
