Detailed Description: Comparing the effect of magnesium sulphate combined to low dose rocuronium versus standard dose rocuronium in cancer patients undergoing direct laryngoscopy for laryngeal tumors regarding intubating conditions, intraoperative relaxation, depth of anesthesia and recovery time.
