Brief Summary: Portal vein embolization is often recommended to reduce the risk of postoperative liver failure and mortality. In this retrospective cohort study, researchers investigated the effect of portal vein embolization in patients with resectable perihilar cholangiocarcinoma bismuth type III and IV.
