Brief Summary: Randomised doublet blinded study of the effect of tablet Magnesia (laxative) on post operative bowel ileus after open colonic resection. Material: 56 patients in two equal groups. Primary endpoint: Bowel function. Secondary endpoints: Intake of food and drinks.
