Brief Summary: Detecting circulating tumor cells from I-IV stage colorectal cancer patients pre-and post-operatively. Analyzing the morphology and biomarkers of CTCs and builting prognosis predicting model based on the morphology and biomarkers of CTCs. Verifying the prognosis model by the survival data.
