Brief Summary: The overall purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy, safety and tolerability of indisulam in combination with irinotecan as a treatment for patients with metastatic colorectalcancer previously treated with 5-fluorouracil/leucovorin and oxaliplatin (FOLFOX).
