Brief Summary: This study aims to measure diaphragmatic dysfunction with ultrasonography and nerve stimulation of the phrenicus nerve, in patients undergoing thoracic surgery for lung and esophageal cancer, and correlate measures of diaphramatic function to clinical postoperative endpoints.
