Brief Summary: The purpose of the study is to determine efficacy ans safety of the combination of cetuximab and chemotherapy (docetaxel, cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil) as neoadjuvant therapy followed concomitant chemoradiotherapy (cisplatin) plus cetuximab in patients with a locoregional esophageal carcinoma
