Study Description
Brief Summary: This trial is a prospective, monocentric, non-therapeutic, interventional cohort study aiming to decipher the immune TME through standard neoadjuvant CT in resectable G/GEJ adenocarcinomas. This study will also longitudinally monitor MRD during neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapy.
