Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to see if anti-platelet therapy combined with anti-PD-1 immunotherapy can cause a more favorable immunologic response thatn with immunotherapy alone in patients with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
