Brief Summary: This is an open-label, prospective, observational, multicenter, randomized study to compare the efficacy between unrelated umbilical cord blood transplantation (UCBT) and HLA-haploidentical related hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ,after myeloablative conditioning for adult patients with hematologic malignancies.
