Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to observe and preliminary explore the efficacy and safety of the combination of Camrelizumab and Apatinib regimen in treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) participants who have progressed following prior Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICIs) treatment.
