Brief Summary: This trial is a multi-center phase III clinical trial. The purpose of this trial is to explore whether concurrent chemoradiotherapy is not inferior to induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
