Brief Summary: Tesetaxel is an orally administered chemotherapy agent of the taxane class. This study is being undertaken to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tesetaxel administered as second-line therapy to patients with advanced melanoma and normal serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).
