Brief Summary: This study proposed a multidisciplinary collaborative team combined with a palliative care model and proposed to establish a team composed of medical staff in various disciplines to make up for the defects of a conventional nursing team. This study applied the multidisciplinary collaboration team combined with a palliative care model to patients with terminal cancer to evaluate its clinical effect.
