Brief Summary: The study aims to identify predictors of disease in patients with hyperparathyroidism (HPTH) who undergo surgery.

Detailed Description: Researchers aim to identify somatic mutations and inherited genetic variants which may help predict the development of PNET in patients with hyperparathyroidism.
