Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to validate a Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire for Anemia Treatment (PSQ-AT) in non small cell lung cancer patients treated with darbepoetin alfa or recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) for anemia due to chemotherapy.
