Brief Summary: This is a single arm, open-label study of CPI-613 in combination with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel for patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer never treated with systemic chemotherapy.
Detailed Description: The primary specific aim of the study is to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of CPI-613 when given in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel for patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
