Brief Summary: Investigation of the effects of daily sildenafil on patients with pancreatic or cholangiocarcinoma cancer undergoing treatment.
Detailed Description: This is a double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial in men and women, 40-75 years old, diagnosed with pancreatic or cholangiocarcinoma cancer. Patients will receive placebo or sildenafil daily for 4 weeks during their initial chemotherapy cycle.
Minimum Age: 40 Years
Eligible Ages: ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Sex: ALL
