Brief Summary: To evaluate the efficacy of KHK7580 orally administered up to 24 weeks for hypercalcemia in patient with parathyroid carcinoma or primary hyperparathyroidism who are unable to undergo parathyroidectomy or relapse after parathyroidectomy.
