Brief Summary: Prospective randomized blinded RCT comparing Transdouglas Prostatectomy to classical transperitoneal anterior radical prostatectomy
Detailed Description: We will evaluate functional urinary and sexual recovery, oncologic outcomes and postoperative complications in patients over a follow up period of 12 months
