Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of opevesostat in the treatment of Japanese men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with Next Generation Hormonal Agent (NHA) and taxane-based chemotherapy.
