Study Description
Brief Summary: Prospective observational study comparing the use of circular (Orvil) and linear stapler for intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy. Patients with adenocaricinoma involving the esophagogastric junction or the gastric cardia are observed. The two methods of esophagojejunostomy are compared.
