Brief Summary: A prospective randomised controlled trial to investigate the effects of a pre-operative prehabilitation protocol on clinical outcomes of gastric cancer patients with metabolic syndrome who undergo laparoscopic radical gastrectomies and to determine the underlying mechanisms.
