Brief Summary: Remifentanil target-controlled infusion and dexmedetomidine single-dose administration are known to reduce airway response and haemodynamic stimulation during anaesthetic recovery. The investigators will compare the effects of two drugs on prevention of cough during emergence from general sevoflurane anaesthesia.
