This study is a prospective, randomized, controlled (randomized, parallel group, concealed allocation), double-blinded trial. All depression patients undergoing breast cancer operation will be randomized 1:1 to the treatment intervention with general anesthesia as an adjunct to esketamine or saline. The objective of the trial is to evaluate the postoperative depression、gut microbiota、bispectral index data of patients undergoing breast cancer operation with esketamine or saline.

For female patients, breast cancer patients have a high risk of developing depression, and approximately 20%-45% of breast cancer patients suffer from postoperative depression. Esketamine is an anesthetic in analgesia, and has presently become more and more popular for treating anti-depression, particularly for resistant depression.

This study is a prospective, randomized, controlled (randomized, parallel group, concealed allocation), double-blinded trial. All depression patients undergoing breast cancer operation will be randomized 1:1 to the treatment intervention with general anesthesia as an adjunct to esketamine or saline. The investigators try to conduct a study to assess the impact of changing patients' lateral decubitus position on BIS readings during esophageal cancer operation. Also, the investigators evaluate the effects of one-lung ventilation and total lung ventilation on BIS value with inhalation agent.

Bispectral index (BIS) was developed to monitor a patient's level of consciousness under general anesthesia. Several factors have been found to alter BIS readings without affecting the depth of anesthesia.Changing a patient's position (head up and head down) significantly affects the BIS values, which might affect the interpretation of anesthetic depth.

During esophageal cancer surgery, there were several factors which could affect to BIS values.First, the surgical positions are consisted with supine and lateral decubitus position more than 1 h. Thus, the investigators compare the BIS value of both side on supine and lateral decubitus position by both side approach. Second, the one lung ventilation was applied for surgical filed. It alters the oxygenation and the cerebral flow. Because of these effects, the BIS monitoring can differ by the period of surgery. Thus, in this study, the BIS value of both side monitor throughout the surgery.

Stellate-ganglion block have been done safely for more than 60 years. It has proved to provide survivors of breast cancer with relief from hot flushes and sleep dysfunction with few or no side-effects. The aim of the present study is to evaluate postoperative sleep quality of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery with Stellate-ganglion block performed in the operation.

This study is a prospective, randomized, controlled (randomized, parallel group, concealed allocation), double-blinded trial. All patients undergoing breast cancer operation will be randomized 1:1 to the treatment intervention with general anesthesia as an adjunct to Stellate-ganglion block with 0.25% ropivacaine hydrochloride or saline. The objective of the trial is to evaluate the postoperative sleep quality of patients undergoing breast cancer operation with Stellate-ganglion block 0.25% ropivacaine hydrochloride or saline.

The primary objective is to compare postoperative sleep quality, as measured using a bispectral index-Vista monitor during the first night after surgery.

physiological parameter of regional cerebral oxygen saturation of all patients during the operation will be recorded.Regional cerebral oxygen saturation measured by near-infrared spectroscopy in the frontal lobe has been used previously to evaluate overall cerebral blood flow. The normal range of cerebral oxygen saturation is 55-80%.
