inertial sensor based system (wearable sensors, LEGSys, Biosensics LLC) will be used for balance training with computerized feedback. The balance training program is focused on lower extremities including ankle joint exercise and virtual obstacle crossing tasks.

The control group will ask to perform a home based program includes similar exercise components as proposed in the experimental group, however without computerized feedback. Exercises include postural balance tasks, such as backward and forward weight shifting, as well as dynamic balance exercises, such as marching in place (comparable to virtual obstacle crossing in experimental group).

Subjects will perform progressive and computerized foot and ankle exercises which include weight shifting, ankle reaching task while standing, and virtual obstacle crossing task (i.e. balancing on single leg) using wearable sensors technology (Exergaming) equipment). Subjects will perform these exercises for 4-6 weeks, twice per week. The duration of exercise per session is anticipated to be 30-45 minutes.

Exergame

Subjects in the control group will ask to perform a standard home based balance program for 4-6 weeks. The home based program includes similar exercise components as proposed in the experimental group, however without computerized feedback and Exergaming equipment.

Explore the benefit of the game-based virtual reality system in improving lower extremity kinematics and balance in patients suffering from disease/disorders including Diabetes, Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Arthritis, Parkinson's disease, Cognitive Disorders, Brain Injury, Stroke or Frailty. A four to six weeks of training with 2 training session/week will be provided.

Individuals suffering from certain disorders/diseases including diabetes, arthritis, cancer, osteoarthritis, stroke, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment or brain Injury are more likely to experience a fall or a fall-related injury than healthy individuals during to impaired postural stability or diminished joint perception. Under certain circumstance they may also experience pain, depression, anxiety, and a decreased quality of life. The investigators' research has been designed to provide exercise training using non-invasive body-worn sensors (similar to those used in an iPhone®) to provide real-time visual information about joint motion in a virtual environment. These sensors will be worn using a vest, t-shirt or elastic band. The investigators will, 1) assess changes in participant's perception of lower extremity position while they perform these exercises; 2) motivate and guide simple exercise performance in the clinic/home, using an interactive game-like scheme; and 3) assess changes in participant's postural stability and gait as a result of provided exercise training. The information gathered will provide new understanding about more helpful rehabilitation strategies that improve postural stability in patient population.

Exploring the Effectiveness of Sensor-based Balance Training on Patient Outcome Measures

Balance will be quantified by measuring area of sway of center of mass (with unit of cm2) during quite standing according to Romberg's protocol and using validated instrument (BalanSens, Biosensics, MA, USA)

Gait Speed (with unit of m/sec) will be measured using validated wearable technology (LEGSys, Biosensics, MA, USA) and during walking with habitual and fast speed walking

Stride Length (with unit of meter) will be measured using validated wearable technology (LEGSys, Biosensics, MA, USA) and during walking with habitual and fast speed walking

Stride time (with unit of second) will be measured using validated wearable technology (LEGSys, Biosensics, MA, USA) and during walking with habitual and fast speed walking

Average of walking steps (no unit) per day will be measured during 48 hours of daily physical activity monitoring using a validated wearable sensor technology (PAMSys, Biosensics, MA, USA)

Daily average of walking bout (continuous walking without stop, with unit of steps) will be measured over 48 hours monitoring of physical activity using a validated wearable sensor technology (PAMSys, Biosensics, MA, USA)

This patient support system is designed to help patients regain their professional activity after their treatment. It's a 3-Axis neuropsycho-social synergy on 3 axes:

* A weekly pluridisciplinary consultation in tandem (Social worker + Psychologist / Neuropsychologist)
* Monthly information meetings and workshops (TIC'Onco reunions: collective information times and Cogit'Onco workshops: cognitive workshops
* An information booklet "Prepare the work return" The aim of this research is to evaluate efficiency in term of quality of life improvement linked to work status, utility, feasibility and patients' satisfaction.

Unmet need characterize in 4 points:

* Cancer and survival: challenges for cancer patients who want to work while being treated

* Post-treatment cognitive troubles stress and hindered patient return to employment: chemo brain This research-action will propose and evaluate a concrete device: To maintain a professional activity with the support of CAP'Onco during treatment, to balance between quality of life, managing the "cancer event" and the psychosocial consequences for professional experience, to provide an early, durable and multimodal support to improve work keeping and anticipate return to employment

CAP'Onco : Psychological and Social Consultation of Professional Accompaniment in Oncology

Standardised QLQ-C30 scoring according to EORTC scoring manual (Fayers et al. EORTC QLQ-C30 scoring manual. 2001).

15 dimensions are presented below. Each dimension is a standardised score ranges from 0 to 100. A low score corresponds to a low functional level, an absence of symptoms or a low level of QoL/ overall health and, conversely, so that a high score corresponds to a high functional level, a high presence of symptoms or a high level of QoL/overall health.

Cognitive complaints were evaluated by using the french Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cognitive Function (FACT-Cog) scale version 3

Assessed using median total score (range 0-132) and median scores of these 4 dimensions :

* Perceived Cognitive Impairment (range 0-72)
* Impact on quality of life (range 0-16)
* Comments from others (range 0-16)
* Perceived Cognitive Skills (range 0-28) Higher scores indicate better cognitive functioning.

Professional recovery was evaluated by using the Scale of motivation to Professional recovery.

This scale was constructed for the needs of this exploratory research and has for vocation a later validation.

It includes 62 questions and was assessed using median scores of these 7 dimensions :

* Positioning in relation to the job-post-mission (0-100)
* Emotion and work (0-100)
* Labour relations (0-100)
* Work and physical/intellectual conditions (0-100)
* Privacy and work (0-100)

Tiredness was evaluated by using the Piper Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI-20) revised scale

Assessed using median total score (range 0-10) and median scores of these 4 tiredness dimensions :

* Cognitive-mood Each dimension has range 0-10 with following interpretation: higher scores indicate greater severity of fatigue

Anxio-depressive troubles were evaluated by using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression (HAD) scale.

Background : The supplementary motor area is the most common/preferential brain location of LGG. This area plays an important role in many motor and cognitive functions such as motor initiation, bimanual coordination and executive functions. Many studies describe the supplementary motor area syndrome resulting from lesions in this area. News managements for LGGs consisting in intraoperative mapping in awake patients reduce significantly neurological disorders and increase also the overall survival . However, the literature does not provide data concerning motor and cognitive functions in a long term and their consequences in the quality of life of patients.

Objective : The aim of our research project is to identify whether there are some motor or neurocognitive deficit in the short and the long term in a population of patients who have medical story of LGG resection in the supplementary motor area.

Patients and Methods : 20 patients who have medical story of LGG in the supplementary motor area and 20 patients who have medical story of LGG resection in other locations are recruited. Firstly, patients have to complete a self-assessment questionnaire about their quality of life, sent by regular mail or e-mail. Then, patients are admitted on the same day as their follow up visit and underwent motor and neurocognitive screening tests ( "Bilan des 400 points", Tests of Attentional Performances) for an hour. The investigators will analyse data and compare between the 2 groups.
