Chordomas are very rare malignant tumors, chemo-resistant with high propensity for recurrence. The role of immunotherapy in these patients remains largely unexplored while PD-L1 and CD8 status in the micro-environment of chordomas is basically not known. Similarly, this tumor often poses diagnostic difficulties due to its resemblance with metastasis or chondrosarcoma, thus, it would be useful to know the expression status of factors used during the work-up of metastatic or mesenchymal tumors, like CDX2, INSM1 and FOXA1, which remains unknown for chordomas. Thus, the aim of the study is to explore PD-L1, CD8, CDX2, INSM1 and FOXA1 expression in a series of chordomas and compare it with clinico-pathological and prognostic features.

Retrospective, non-interventional study. A series of chordomas will be analyzed for detailed histologic features and for various immunohistochemical factors and results will be compared with clinical factors, like overall and disease-free survival.

The purpose of the study is the identification and semi-quantification of Ki-67 protein expression level in breast cancer tissues by the GenASIs GoPth system as compared to manual reading of the same slides.

The imaging system is intended for diagnostic use as an aid to the pathologist in the detection, counting and classifying ER/PR IHC stained samples

The anti Ki-67 is a semi-quantitative immunohistochemical (IHC) assay to identify the Ki-67 protein expressions in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue specimens. Results from the Ki-67 test is indicated as an aid in the assessment of the protein status of breast cancer patients. While the p53 kit provides the antibody that offer direct visualization and semi-quantification of the protein expression through a brightfield microscope, the GenASIs GoPath system is designed to complement the routine workflow of the pathologist in the analysis and review of immunohistochemically stained histologic slides.

Identification and Semi-Quantification of Ki-67 Protein Expression Status in Formalin Fixed, Paraffin-embedded Normal and Neoplastic Breast Tissue

Comparison tests (accuracy) between manual and automatic analysis of antibody expressions. The results from the automatic counting from the clinical studies will be compared to the manual counting analysis.

Accuracy of the study will be declared "Success" if Positive, Negative and Overall agreement with manual count of the Ki67 antibody at least 85%.

Repeatability \& Reproducibility tests of system analysis of antibody expressions. R\&R acceptance criteria of Ki67 are related to the average agreement for between runs, between days and between systems R\&R part of the study will be declared "Success" if Positive and Negative average agreement will be at least 80%.

Head and neck tumors comprise heterogeneous neoplasms that arise from surface epithelium of different anatomic subsites in head and neck region such as oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx and hypopharynx. Nasopharyngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinomas represent 0.26 % of all cancers in Egypt. Tobacco exposure and alcohol dependence, and infection with oncogenic viruses such as human Papilloma virus (HPV) are among the risk factors for development of these tumors. Currently, the main treatment of nasopharyngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinomas is radio-chemotherapy based in histological type, grade and stages of the tumors

The investigators plan to perform multi-omics technologies, including genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and proteomic methods, in patients with metastatic prostate cancer, aiming at uncovering the mechanism of the tumor progression, identifying distinct tumor subtypes and finding new treatment targets.

Prostate cancer is the commonest malignancy and the second leading cause of tumor-related death among males worldwide. Though patients with early stage prostate cancer can obtain satisfactory therapeutic efficacy from radical prostatectomy or radiotherapy, the prognosis of men with metastatic prostate cancer (mPCa), especially metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), is still poor. Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of the high-throughput technologies, including genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and proteomic methods. These techniques are promising in uncovering the mechanism of the tumor progression, identifying distinct tumor subtypes and finding new treatment targets.

In the current prospective study, the investigators plan to perform multi-omics technologies in patients with mPCa, aiming at uncovering the mechanism of the tumor progression, identifying distinct tumor subtypes and finding new treatment targets.

A Multi-omics Study of Metastatic Prostate Cancer (MOSMPCA)

Mutation identified via whole-genome sequencing will be recored.

Determining the transcriptomic information of metastatic prostate cancer by performing whole transcriptome sequencing

Determining the epigenomic status of specific genes by performing DNA-methylation sequencing
