A prospective observational longitudinal study of 464 patients was performed between 2010 and 2015. Patients with invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) and ductal carcinoma in situ associated to invasive ductal carcinoma (DCIS +IDC) were included and analyzed.

Type of study:

A prospective observational longitudinal study was performed on patients who had undergone curative surgery for primary invasive breast cancer between 2010 and 2015. The study was performed in a single breast pathology unit \[Alt Penedés hospital and Sant Camil hospital(GAP)\]. Only patients with a definitive histopathology-based diagnostic of ductal carcinoma were included. Patients diagnosed with metastasis were excluded. Patients with bilateral breast cancer were included as two independent study cases.

Patients:

Sample size calculation: 191. A total of 464 patients were included in the study. IDC was present in 221 patients (47.6%) and IDC + DCIS was present in 243 patients (52.4%).

Data collected included clinical characteristics (age, laterality and clinical symptoms at the time of diagnostic), histopathological information (tumor size, tumor grade, hormone receptors, nodal status, HER-2 mutation (erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2), number of ki67, presence and percentage of DCIS, grade of DCIS, and surrogate subtype) and surgical procedure performed.

Tumor histopathology and the number of lymph nodes involved were evaluated by routine hematoxylin-eosin (H\&E) staining. The histological response to chemotherapy was assessed according to Miller-Payne criteria of grading (MPG) and Residual Disease in Breast and Nodes (RDBN).

The percentage of DCIS and its grade (classified as low, intermediate or high) was measured by two independent pathologists.

Statistical analysis:

Quantitative data are shown as the median or mean of values and their variability is expressed as the range or standard deviation (SD), as specified for each analysis. Qualitative data are shown as absolute values or percentages. The incidence was used as a measure of frequency and the relative risk as a measure of association between independent groups.

The study of the normality of quantitative variables was done applying the Kolmogorov-Smirnov or the Shapiro-Wilk tests, as indicated for each analysis. For significance assessment of quantitative data, unpaired Student's T-test or two-tailed Mann-Whitney U test was applied, as specified for each analysis. For significance assessment of qualitative data, Fisher's exact test or Chi-squared test was applied. For the analysis of more than two groups, one-way ANOVA and Tukey's range test for post hoc pairwise comparison of groups, or Kruskal-Wallis were used. Survival was analyzed with the Kaplan-Meier estimate and survival distributions compared with the Log-Rank test. Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to simultaneously evaluate the effect of several factors on survival and mortality.

Statistical analysis was performed using the software SPSS® (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 21.

The aim of the investigator's study is to compare the clinical and histopathological factors between patients with IDC or DCIS-associated IDC (IDC + DCIS) and find the prognostic factors associated to recurrence and mortality in each group.

Sixty patients with grade I-II-III breast cancer, whose primary treatment (surgery, radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy) is continuing, who applied to the Hospital Breast Unit clinic, will be included in the study. Patients with problems in reading and writing in Turkish, poor cognitive functions and a serious chronic disease, musculoskeletal pain or disease, severe psychiatric illness, current cancer attack or metastasis will be excluded from the study

Sixty patients with grade I-II-III breast cancer, whose primary treatment (surgery, radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy) was completed at least three months ago, who applied to the Hospital Breast Unit clinic, will be included in the study. Patients with problems in reading and writing in Turkish, poor cognitive functions and a serious chronic disease, musculoskeletal pain or disease, severe psychiatric illness, current cancer attack or metastasis will be excluded from the study

healthy individuals matched for age and gender will also be included in the study.

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women worldwide. A significant number of breast cancer survivors develop many complications. Breast cancer and survivors may develop a fear of physical activity avoidance and movement, called kinesiophobia, due to upper extremity pain, numbness, restricted arm/shoulder range of motion, and risk of lymphedema. Therefore, in the present study, it is aimed to compare the effect of fear of movement on physical activity, quality of life and psychological states in women who have had breast cancer with healthy people.

Comparison of the Effects of Fear of Movement and Physical Activity Barriers on Physical Activity, Quality of Life and Psychological State of Women Who Have Had or Are Having Breast Cancer With Healthy People - Case Control Study

The TAMPA Kinesiophobia Scale consists of 17 questions. Each question is scored between 1-4. The maximum score is 68, with high scores indicating an increased severity of kinesiophobia. A score of more than 37 indicates high severity of kinesiophobia.

This questionnaire contains a total of 35 obstacles. These obstacles are; symptom-related (n = 10), individual (n = 10), psychosocial (n = 8) and environmental (n = 7) factors. You will be asked if these obstacles prevent you from exercising.

Physical activity level measured in Metabolic Equivalent

This scale consists of nine items. Each item is scored between 1 and 7, and as the total score decreases, fatigue decreases.

The lowest score that patients can get from both subscales is 0, and the highest score is 21. A high score indicates high anxiety and depression values.

High scores indicate a high quality of life, and low scores indicate a decreased quality of life.

Patients with SARS-CoV-2 positive hematologic tumors over 18 years old excluding patients with severe diseases associated with other systems.

People with SARS-CoV-2 positive without underlying diseases over 18 years old excluding people with severe diseases associated with other systems.

The goal of this observational study is to compare the immune function and infection mechanism of patients with hematologic tumors and those people without underlying diseases after infection with SARS-CoV-2. Clinical characteristics, treatment options and responses will be collected. Peripheral blood will be collected from patients with hematologic tumors infected with SARS-CoV-2 and those people without underlying diseases infected with SARS-CoV-2.

To establish a retrospective and prospective cohort of patients with hematologic tumors infected with SARS-CoV-2 and people without underlying diseases infected with SARS-CoV-2. Firstly, peripheral blood samples will be collected at infection time points and after SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing turns negative. Subsequently, the transcriptome sequencing and immunological experiments will be performed to analyze the differentially expressed genes, immune function of cells, etc.

Comparative analysis:

1. To compare the immune function of patients with hematologic tumors and those without underlying diseases after infection with SARS-CoV-2.
2. The transcriptomic and proteomic changes of patients with hematologic tumors are compared with those without underlying diseases after infection with SARS-CoV-2.
3. From the perspective of complex (human protein interaction subnetwork), the dynamic change process of SARS-CoV-2-targeted human protein complex (periodic complex) was deeply explored, in order to further analyze its potential dynamic infection mechanism and provide new clues for the discovery of drug targets.
