Patients with extramedullary leukemia were identified over 10 years (January 2003 to September 2019). Clinicopathological,genetic-molecular features were identified and survival outcomes were studied and analyzed.

We retrospectively collected patients demographics ,including clinicopathological and genetic-molecular parameters in patients with extramedullary leukemia between January 2003 till September 2019 from King Hussein cancer center(KHCC) electronic medical records. All potential prognostic factors were identified and compared with worldwide data published previously. Treatment and survival outcomes were studies and analyzed.

Primary endpoint : Overall survival (OS).

Secondary endpoint :

* Progression Free Survival (PFS).
* incidence of extramedullary leukemia.

Retrospective review of clinical data on at least 1,000 evaluable US patients with 12+weeks follow up that were treated with 90Y resin microsphere radioembolization for metastatic colorectal liver metastases

Investigator initiated multi-institutional retrospective review of clinical and radiographic outcomes after 90Y resin microsphere radioembolization for metastatic colorectal liver metastases in the USA. The target is for at least 1,000 evaluable patients with 12+ weeks follow up.

Investigator initiated multi-institutional retrospective review of clinical and radiographic outcomes after 90Y resin microsphere radioembolization for metastatic colorectal liver metastases in the USA. The target is for at least 1,000 evaluable patients with 12+ weeks follow up. Objectives:

Independent data collection and reporting of pre treatment and 12 week post treatment clinical, radiographic and radiation parameters and outcomes in patients treated in the USA from 2002-2010. Data beyond 12 weeks will be collected and highly desirable, however as a minimum all patients will have 12 week follow up.

Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastases Outcomes After Resin 90Y Microsphere Radioembolization in the USA Evaluation Project

Multiple systems monitored for side effects possibly related to liver radiotherapy.

Pretreatment planning scans (-45 to -1 day) compared to post radiotherapy scans of the liver, PET/CT not recommended, prefer MRI with Gd or CT with contrast, 3 phase, with rescanning in similar fashion at day 90 post treatment.

For the retrospective data analysis, patients with genetic diseases of any age and, if available, other family members, for whom genetic analyzes were carried out between 10/2016 and 12/2020, should be included. This equates to approximately 13,000 records, minus combined analyzes in the same patient, an estimated 12,000 individuals.

The outlined evaluation contributes to the improvement of molecular genetic diagnostics in patient care - for example when which diagnostics can be sensibly recommended for patients with which indications or not. Diagnostic gaps can be systematically evaluated and specifically addressed in the future. This potentially affects every examination assignment for current and future patients. In addition, the evaluation of the PRSs for example, can contribute significantly to the timely introduction to routine diagnostics. For familial breast cancer, according to the guidelines, there may be very specific preventive measures. Estimates currently assume up to 5% of patients, which would mean up to 25 cases per year with a potentially adapted management for patients with the question of a tumor disease alone.

The methodological developments of the last few years allow the broad use of next-generation-sequencing (NGS) -based methods in the routine molecular genetic diagnosis of genetic diseases.The aim of the retrospective data analysis is to create a solid data basis for further discussion regarding the development and mapping of diagnostic algorithms and subsequent supply routes. For the genome data, this evaluation is to be expanded to include the evaluation of the Polygenic risk scores (PRSs) in the sense of an additional finding.
