Brief Summary: The primary objective of the study is to study the pharmacokinetics of pyrotinib and docetaxel plus Trastuzumab in HER2 Positive MBC. The secondary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (ORR) of pyrotinib and docetaxel plus Trastuzumab in HER2 Positive MBC.
