Brief Summary: Phase 1 study evaluating feasibility, safety, and immune response to a personalized neoantigen vaccine combined with retifanlimab for MMR-p mCRC and mPDAC patients with measurable disease following first-line FOLFIRINOX/FOLFOXIRI (FFX).
