Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to access the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant Immunotherapy (Sintilimab, PD-1 inhibitor) combined with chemotherapy (S-1+Oxaliplatin) and radiotherapy for locally advanced esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma.
