Brief Summary: This protocol will examine the safety of intratumoral administration of Clostridium Novyi-NT spores in patients with treatment-refractory solid tumor malignancies. This investigational study will measure anti-tumor activity of C. novyi-NT administered intratumoral in patients with treatment-refractory solid tumor malignancies.
