Patients who received anthracycline-based chemotherapy 3 months ago

Patients who have been treated with other therapies (other chemo-therapies, combined radiation therapy, target agent therapy, hormone therapy)

The cardiac imaging protocol will include pre-contrast T1, post-contrast T1, and T2 mapping images acquired of the mid ventricle with the short axis plane for the analysis of native T1, T2, and extracellular volume (ECV) values of the myocardium. It will also include cine imaging covering the whole LV myocardium in the short axis plane for a functional analysis of the LV myocardium.

Chemotherapy or radiation therapy-induced cardiotoxicity are well-recognized side effects in patients with cancer. The clinical significance of cardiotoxicity is growing with increasing cancer survivor-ship.

Left ventricular (LV) functional assessment is the standard of reference to diagnose chemotherapy- or radiation therapy-induced cardiotoxicity. The investigators will investigate the usefulness of T1 mapping parameters for early detection and prediction of chemotherapy-, radiation therapy-, or other therapy-induced cardiotoxicity in breast cancer patients This study aimed to achieve early detection of chemotherapy- or radiation therapy-induced cardiotoxicity using T1 mapping magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and determine a prognostic imaging factor of chemotherapy- or radiation therapy-induced cardiotoxicity in patients treated for breast cancer.

Screening and follow-up cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) protocols for diagnosis of cardiotoxicity will be conducted in patients with breast cancer who have received or are planned to receive treatment for breast cancer. The protocol will include T1 and T2 mapping and cine imaging of the LV myocardium.

This is a multicenter, prospective, observational cohort study to comprehensively and longitudinally evaluate and characterizes the cardiovascular events with CLL patients who are initiating treatment with a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor ibrutinib or acalabrutinib.

This research study includes three visits for research blood, physical exam, and cardiac testing at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months. The study will collect the following data during the 6-month study period:

* Blood sample collection
* Electrocardiogram (ECG)
* Echocardiogram
* Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
* Mobile cardiac telemetry
* Blood pressure measurement

Samples With DNA: Samples retained, with potential for extraction of DNA from at least one of the types of samples retained (e.g., frozen tissue, whole blood)

Any documented evidence of atrial arrhythmia including symptomatic and asymptomatic events captured by EKG, 28-day mini cardiac telemetry, or monitoring of cardiac rhythm during echocardiogram or cardiac MRI.

Clinical data will be collected regarding cardiac risk factors, cancer type, and cancer treatment.

CMRI will be performed:

* Within 2 weeks before the first fraction of radiation therapy (RT)
* Within 1 week of the final fraction of RT (before or after)

Any patient with a pre-RT and post-RT MRI scan will be considered evaluable.

Pre- and post-RT CMRI parameters will be compared.

3D reconstructed CMR images will be co-registered with RT treatment plans to assess for spatial associations.

A cardiac MRI is a painless imaging test that uses radiowaves, magnets, and a computer to create detailed pictures of the heart.

The investigators will identify 10 patients in the department of radiation oncology who will receive standard of-care radiation therapy, and the treating radiation oncologist anticipates a mean left ventricular dose of at least 5 Gy. Patients will be evaluated by CMRI before and within one week of the completion of RT. We will compare the pre- and post-RT CMRI scans to identify changes related to radiation exposure. Our primary endpoint will be changes in myocardial strain. Secondary endpoints will include other CMRI parameters.

Cardiac toxicity is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality in cancer survivors after radiation therapy (RT) to the chest. Typically, cardiotoxicity is identified years after radiation exposure. Emerging clinical data show that subclinical injury can be identified immediately after treatment. Early identification of subclinical injury may enable intervention to reduce the risk of progression to clinically significant toxicity. The investigators hypothesize that cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) will detect early cardiac injury after RT and that imaging changes will be associated regionally with cardiac radiation dose.
