ICG-NIRF imaging is used to visualise the blood supply and the bowel perfusion rate in the area of the pouch anastomoses. An additional ingress and egress analysis at specific regions of interest is performed. This is to get an objective method of visualisation of the blood inflow and outflow over time and thus bowel perfusion at the anastomotic site.

In this prospective, non-randomized cohort study, real-time intraoperative visualization using near-infrared-fluorescence by indocyanine green injection (ICG-NIRF) is performed at three time points during ileal pouch reconstruction. Postoperatively, a detailed software-based assessment of each pouch recording is performed to determine the objective ICG-NIRF perfusion rate, which is then correlated with the 30 day postoperative clinical outcome including occurrence of anastomotic leak of the pouch.

Near-infrared-fluorescence by indocyanine green (ICG-NIRF) utilises the fluorescent property of intravenously injected indocyanine green (ICG) as an intravascular indicator of tissue and bowel perfusion.

The investigators hypothesise that ICG-NIRF is a suitable, reliable and precise method of visualisation of the blood supply and bowel perfusion in the area of ileal pouch formation and the ileal pouch-anal anastomosis.

In this prospective, non-randomized cohort study, restorative proctocolectomy with ileal pouch reconstruction and ileal pouch-anal anastomosis is performed according to standard of care for medically-refractory ulcerative colitis (UC), UC-associated neoplasia, medically-refractory Crohn´s colitis, colorectal carcinoma or familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) in open or laparoscopic surgery, according to the surgeon's choice.

Written informed consent for participation and ICG-administration is obtained one day before surgery.

Intraoperatively, Indocyanine Green (ICG, VerDye, Diagnostic Green GmbH, Aschheim Germany, 25 mg vials) is dissolved in 5 mL sterile water to yield a 5 mg/mL concentration. It will then be administered intravenously at three consecutive time points as a bolus of 2 ml per time point at the most. The overall dose of ICG will amount to no more than 30mg of ICG per patient.

Real-time intraoperative visualization is performed with the SpectrumTM Fluorescence Imaging Platform (Quest Innovations, Middenmeer, The Netherlands) directly after each ICG injection assessing bowel perfusion at three different time points respectively: before and after J-Pouch construction by stapler anastomosis and after ileoanal anastomosis formation.

Postoperative NIRF-perfusion rate assessment Using the Quest Research SoftwareTM, the recordings before and after anastomosis formation will be analysed for their perfusion rate. This analysis will provide objective, quantitative data on the perfusion for a certain time frame which is determined by the length of the video recording. This data will be collected for statistical analysis and correlation with anastomotic leak as well as postoperative outcome.

Clinical data and follow-up Clinical data will be collected from all patients regarding anastomotic leak, bowel ischemia and necrosis as well as 30 day postoperative morbidity, mortality and length and cost of hospital stay.

Further data analysis will be performed using Microsoft Excel® and IBM SPSS®.

This is a non-randomised prospective cohort study design.

The sentinel lymph node (SLN) procedure is a standard staging technique in several types of cancer. One of the major problems of SLN mapping in colorectal cancer is the lack of an optimal dye and technique for identification of the nodes. In this study the investigators used the Near-Infrared (NIR) dye Indocyanin Green (ICG) to identify nodes with a newly developed NIR laparoscope. The investigators compared two different injection techniques; subserosal and submucosal injection.

Patients planned for a laparoscopic resection of a colorectal carcinoma without distant metastases were included. Dye was injected in the subserosa or submucosa of the bowel. Ten minutes after injection the investigators searched for fluorescent nodes with the NIR laparoscope. Fluorescent nodes were harvested and analyzed by the pathologist using H\&E and additional immunohistochemistry.

Participants will receive an i.v. infusion of 50 mg IRDye800CW-nimotuzumab. Participants will undergo lung cancer resection surgery 4-6 days after infusion. Vitals, blood sample and urine sample will be collected before infusion for a baseline. Blood and vitals will be taken post infusion. Blood and urine samples will be collected on the day of surgery. Participants will be followed up for any adverse event until day 30 post administration

Participants will be followed up for any adverse event until day 30 post administration

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, optimal dose and imaging time of the investigational product, IRDye800CW-nimotuzumab for use as a near infrared imaging probe for image-guided surgery during lung cancer resection. IRDye800CW-nimotuzumab targets cancer cells over-expressing EGFR, allowing tumors to be visualized and may help surgeons better identify cancer during surgery.

In this prospective, non-randomized cohort study, the respective upper GI, lower GI or hepatobiliary procedure with anastomosis is performed according to standard of care and indication for the corresponding disease including non-malignant, malignant and inflammatory conditions. The following procedures are included in the study, in open or laparoscopic surgery, according to the surgeon's choice:

Upper GI surgery:

* Esophageal resection
* Subtotal or total gastrectomy with or without jejunal pouch reconstruction
* Y-Roux-reconstruction
* Right or left colonic interposition (iso- or antiperistaltic)

Lower GI surgery:

* Jejunal or ileal segmental resection
* Ileal / Ileocoecal resection
* Colectomy with restorative ileal pouch formation and ileal-pouch-anal anastomosis
* Left or right-sided hemicolectomy
* Sigmoid resection
* Rectal resections (lower anterior resection (LAR), proctectomy with colo-anal anastomosis, abdominoperineal resection)
* Stoma closure

Hepatobiliary surgery:

- Pancreaticoduodenectomy

During the operation, with the fluorescent molecular imaging instrument, the imaging agent (indocyanine green) is illuminated by the probe distance to the tissue surface 10-30cm, and is excited to produce the near infrared fluorescence of the specific wavelength (the human eye is not visible). The system uses a photoelectric coupler to collect the light of the specific spectrum, and the image is collected by the method of correction. The operation was performed to achieve real-time display of lesions.

The injection points were selected subcutaneously around the areola or the periphery of the tumor. 1% methylene blue 0.5ml was injected at each point, with a total of 2-3 points. Within 5 minutes, 2.5mg/ml ICG 0.5ml was injected at each point, with a total of 2-3 points.

This clinical trial is a prospective, multicenter, self-controlled clinical study. In order to meet the requirements of this plan, 130 breast cancer patients need the sentinel lymph node biopsy with novel near-infarred fluorescence imaging system produced by Beijing digital precision medical technology co., LTD. The fluorescence molecular imaging of indocyanine green (ICG) on imaging detection and the control group, routine medical using methylene blue test .The safety and efficacy of fluorescence and staining in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer were compared.

This trial was a prospective, multicenter, and self controlled clinical trial. The subjects who were in line with this scheme were detected by fluorimetry and staining, and the primary effectiveness evaluation index, secondary effectiveness evaluation index and safety evaluation index were established during the operation. Record evaluation. At present, in the clinic for sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer, routine medical treatment is a blue staining method. A large number of clinical data show that the number of blue staining methods was 1-2.4, and the number of fluorescence detection is 2-3.7. Therefore, choosing a self controlled clinical trial can increase the number of sentinel lymph node detection.
