There are currently no studies evaluating the association between diet and the incidence of endometrial polyps. We aim to evaluate the association to provide more recommendations for the early prevention of endometrial polyps.

The incidence of endometrial polyps is closely related to daily diet and living habits. Due to the excessive use of food additives, the content of some common dietary hormones exceeds the standard, causing irreversible effects on female growth and development.

The daily diet structure is closely related to women's health, and the enrichment of estrogen in common drinks may cause adverse effects such as premature puberty in women, abnormal thyroid function, and changes in uterine structure. Therefore, the researchers conducted a retrospective analysis of patients with endometrial polyps and normal women to compare the associations and differences between daily diet and disease.

This is a single-center, prospective, observational and exploratory clinical study. The object of this study is to evaluate the consistency and accuracy of patient-derived organoid model of cholangiocarcinoma to predict the clinical chemotherapeutic efficacy, as well as the possibility of guiding the adjuvant chemotherapy.

The chemotherapeutic efficacy is heterogeneous among cholangiocarcinoma patients after radical resection, and an accurate and relatively convenient model evaluating the chemotherapeutic efficacy is still lacking. This study aims to prospectively evaluate the consistency of drug sensitivity between patient-derived organoid model and the actual clinical chemotherapeutic efficacy in cholangiocarcinoma patients, assisting in guiding precision medicine and making therapeutic decisions.

Drug sensitivity tests include single drug and drug combination. The organoids that are successfully cultured will be kept in liquid nitrogen for a specific time.

Resected tumor samples will be used to culture organoids for drug sensitivity testing. And the organoids that are successfully cultured will be kept in liquid nitrogen for a specific time.

This study is aimed to establish an organoid-on-chips technological system based on biopsy samples and evaluate its efficacy in predicting the response to mFOLFOX6 infusion in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

This is a two-stage, multi-center real-world observational study. In stage 1, we aim to establish the technical system of organoid-on-chips culture system based on biopsy samples from patients with malignant solid tumors including breast cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, bile duct cancer and pancreatic cancer, et.al. In stage 2, we aim to evaluate the predicting efficacy of the established organoid-on-chips system in HCC patients who undergo hepatic artery infusion (HAI) with mFOLFOX6 (oxaliplatin 85mg/m\^2, d1, HAI for 2h; calcium folinate 200mg/m\^2, d1, HAI for 1h; fluorouracil 400mg/m\^2, hepatic artery injection; fluorouracil 2400mg/m\^2, HAI for 46h).

This is a single-center, prospective, observational and exploratory clinical study. The object of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of proteomics approaches on resected lymph node samples in evaluating lymph node metastasis status in cholangiocarcinoma patients.

The current gold standard for the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis is pathological examination of surgically resected lymph node specimens. However, lymph node metastases are different from the primary lesions, and the distribution of tumor cells is heterogeneous and more dispersed. Therefore, a single thin pathological section is difficult to obtain complete information, which may be misdiagnosed due to the failure to examine on the section containing tumor cells or the presence of micro-metastases.

The application of proteomics can obtain the overall information of the samples, including the remodeling of the microenvironment by the tumor metastases and the acclimation even before the metastasis, resulting in significant changes in the protein expression profiles of the lymph nodes, which are difficult to be completely presented in conventional pathological sections. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of proteomics approaches on resected lymph node samples in evaluating lymph node metastasis status in cholangiocarcinoma patients, assisting in guiding precision medicine and making therapeutic decisions.

Positive controls of lymph node metastases and negative controls of normal lymph nodes were previously profiled using proteomic approaches. Machine-learning clustering method will be used to classify the newly examined lymph nodes.

Resected lymph node samples will be profiled by proteomic approaches for lymph node metastasis status evaluation. And the residual samples will be kept in liquid nitrogen for a specific time.
