LN-145 is a ready-to-infuse TIL therapy that utilizes an autologous TIL manufacturing process, as originally developed by the NCI and further optimized by Iovance for the treatment of patients with metastatic NSCLC. The cell transfer therapy used in this study involves patients receiving a non-myeloablative (NMA) lymphodepleting preparative regimen, followed by infusion of autologous TIL, then finally followed by the administration of IL-2.

This trial is for patients with colon cancer, head and neck cancer and lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapy.

Cetuximab targets a receptor on cancer cells called the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor or EGFR. It is thought that this receptor is turned "on" in some cancers, enabling cancer cells to divide and grow. Blocking this receptor can turn this signal off. Cetuximab blocks this receptor from the outside of cancer cells. It is thought that cancer cells can turn this signal back on by the EGFR joining with a related receptor called ErbB2. Lapatinib blocks both EGFR and ErbB2 from the inside of cancer cells. In laboratory experiments it has been found that combining drugs that target both EGFR and ErbB2 might work better in turning this signal back off. The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum dosages that patients can tolerate when these two medicines are given at the same time.

In addition, in order to be on this trial, patients must agree to have a tumor biopsy before starting treatment on this study and 21 days after starting treatment. These biopsies are a required part of the study. Patients must also agree to have blood drawn for research testing to see whether genetic differences between patients explain different reactions to and side effects from, these medicines.

This is a study to investigate the efficacy and safety of an infusion of IOV-4001 in adult participants with unresectable or metastatic melanoma or advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

This study is the first-in-human study of IOV-4001, a genetically modified autologous tumor- infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) product. IOV-4001 is expected to have antitumor activity through its capacity to directly target and kill tumor cells in a manner that is similar to non-genome-edited TIL, but with the potential for enhanced antitumor activity due to disruption of PDCD1, the gene for programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1).

A unique approach for cancer treatment employing intratumoral diffusing alpha radiation emitter device for treatment of recurrent Lung Cancer .

This is a prospective , interventional, open label, single arm, single center study.

The study is designed to evaluate the Feasibility and Safety of DaRT seeds for the treatment of Recurrent Lung Cancer. The study will be comprised of a screening period, DaRT insertion visit, acute follow-up phase of 4- 8 weeks and a long-term follow up phase of 3 months. The total duration of the study will be 3 months from the DaRT insertion procedure.

A total of 10 subjects will be enrolled to the study .

Eligible patients who meet inclusion/exclusion criteria (as assessed during the screening period) will be invited to the site for the procedure of DaRT seeds insertion. The patients will be monitored for a period of 3 months post insertion

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability and overall response rate of trametinib when given in combination with erlotinib in patients with Stage IV or recurrent lung adenocarcinoma that cannot be treated with curative intent.

A Phase 1/2 Trial of Trametinib and Erlotinib in Patients With EGFR-Mutant Lung Adenocarcinomas and Acquired Resistance to Erlotinib

Response and progression of disease will be evaluated in this study using interval imaging every 8 weeks with CT scan of the chest and imaging of any other target lesion with response evaluated by RECIST 1.1.

Safety and tolerability will be evaluated by systematic and regular toxicity evaluations. Toxicity will be graded according to NCI CTCAE version 4.0.

The Treatment Phase will be followed by a Maintenance Phase of OGX-427 administered at 600mg IV weekly Days 1, 8 and 15 of each 21 day cycle.

Three loading doses of placebo will be administered intravenously (IV) over 9 days. Following the loading dose period, placebo will be administered IV weekly Days 1, 8 and 15 of each 21 day cycle during the Treatment Phase. This randomized phase II study will compare the efficacy and safety of the combination of carboplatin and pemetrexed with and without OGX-427 in patients with previously untreated advanced non-squamous NSCLC.

Modern doublet chemotherapy improves survival in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) compared with supportive care alone, with non-squamous NSCLC patients treated with platinum/pemetrexed living longer than patients treated with platinum/gemcitabine. Despite these advances, poor outcomes with advanced disease warrant exploration of novel drugs with unique mechanisms of action. Preclinical evidence in lung cancer models shows promising antitumor activity with OGX-427 in combination with platinum based therapy or pemetrexed. In this double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase II study, pemetrexed and carboplatin plus OGX-427 followed by maintenance pemetrexed and OGX-427 will be compared with pemetrexed and carboplatin plus placebo followed by maintenance pemetrexed and placebo in patients with previously untreated advanced non-squamous NSCLC.

Phase II Trial of Carboplatin and Pemetrexed +/- OGX-427 in Untreated Stage IV Non-Squamous-Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Double-Blind Randomized Phase II Trial of Carboplatin and Pemetrexed With or Without OGX-427 in Patients With Previously Untreated Stage IV Non-Squamous-Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (The Spruce Clinical Trial)

Defined as the time (in months) from date of randomization to the date of first observation of progression based on radiological assessment by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v 1.1, or date of death from any cause, in the absence of progressive disease (PD) or censored at the date of last adequate tumor assessment. Progressive Disease is defined by RECIST v1.1 as at least a 20% increase in the sum of the diameters of target lesions, taking as reference the smallest (nadir) sum while on study (this includes the baseline sum if that is the smallest on study), or the appearance of one or more new lesions.

Defined as the number of patients with objective evidence of complete or partial response (CR or PR) using RECIST v 1.1. A CR is the complete disappearance of all target lesions. A PR is a decrease in baseline of 30% or more of the diameter(s) of all target lesions.

Defined as the time (in months) from date of randomization to date of death from any cause, or censored at the date last known alive.

A treatment-related adverse event was any untoward medical occurrence in a participant which was considered to have a relationship with the study drug (suspected to be possibly or probably related to the study drug per the Investigator's assessment). Adverse events were evaluated using the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) v4.03.

The aim of this study is the safety and efficacy of Cetuximab plus natural killer(NK) immunotherapy to recurrent non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation.

By enrolling patients with lung cancer adapted to enrolled criteria, this study will document for the first time the safety and the short and long term efficacy of the combined therapy using Cetuximab and NK cells.

The safety will be evaluated by statistics of adverse reactions. The efficacy will be evaluated according to local relief degree, progress free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
