Patients with colorectal cancer who were confirmed as stage II general risk type in the postoperative pathological report began to be enrolled. Observe the sensitivity of the detection of micro-MRD before operation and the postoperative positive rate of this type of patients.

This observation part is about the patients with general risk stage II colorectal cancer who have received R0 resection after screening by nanofiltration criteria. Twenty milliliters of venous blood samples were reserved before surgery, and tumor tissue samples were reserved within 30 minutes in vitro during surgery. After the pathological diagnosis of the patients after surgery, they began to be enrolled. To observe the sensitivity of MRD detection in preoperative diagnosis of patients with general risk stage II colorectal cancer, and to study its positive rate one month and three months after operation.

10 treatments of acupuncture over the course of 10 weeks with a +/- 7 day window

10 treatments of sham acupuncture over the course of 10 weeks with a +/- 7 day window. After the 16-week study concludes patients in this group will have the option of receiving up to 10 sessions of real acupuncture; however, these sessions must be completed within 6 months of study conclusion.

Patients receive ASQ brochure and complete questionnaires over 30 minutes at baseline, over 10 minutes pre-clinic visit, and over 30 minutes post-clinic visit.

This clinical trial implements a communication intervention to improve patient-oncologist communication in the outpatient medical oncology setting. A communication brochure called the ASQ brochure may help patients prepare for the doctor visit by thinking through the questions that patients and patients' family want to ask the doctor.

Patient-centered communication is critical to providing high-quality care. In patient-provider clinical interactions, providers are responsible for several aspects of patient-centered communication. However, to reach the goal of providing the best possible treatments, patients should also actively participate by asking questions and expressing their concerns. Question prompt lists, simple lists of questions provided to patients before clinic visits to help them prepare for the appointment, have been tested in several medical contexts and patient populations, including among an underserved, minority population in Detroit, and have been shown to contribute to improved outcomes related to better communication quality. Using a RE-AIM framework, this descriptive, mixed methods, single-arm intervention study assesses the implementation of an evidence-based communication intervention (question prompt list), the "ASQ brochure". The ASQ brochure is designed to improve patient-oncologist communication and other outcomes by improving patient self-efficacy for managing patient-physician interactions. Investigators will recruit 225 patients and implement the ASQ brochure at seven Karmanos Cancer Center network sites. Participants are newly diagnosed patients with (Stages I-IV) cancer for which systemic therapy is likely a recommended treatment.

Fifty (n=50) post-treatment patients with colorectal cancer or breast cancer, deemed high-risk of relapse. The study will use an adaptive continuous reassessment method (CRM) design to assign patients sequentially at trial entry to one of five escalated doses depending on the feasibility / tolerability of exercise therapy evaluated over the total treatment period. The primary objective of this phase 1a trial is to identify the RP2D of exercise therapy for further evaluation in the phase 1b trial.

An independent cohort of 30 post-treatment patients with colorectal (n=15) or breast (n=15) cancer deemed high-risk of relapse. This cohort expansion trial will only evaluate the RP2D identified in the phase 1a trial. The primary objective of this phase 1b trial is to further evaluate the feasibility, safety, and biological activity of the RP2D.

Exercise therapy in both phases will consist of individualized walking delivered 3 to 6 times weekly (over a 7-day period). Exercise treatment will be delivered for up to 18 months, or until progression of disease or withdrawal of consent, whichever comes first. The phase 1a trial will assess five doses of exercise therapy (i.e., 90, 150, 225, 300, and 375 mins/wk) delivered following a non-linear (i.e., exercise dose is continually altered and progressed in conjunction with appropriate rest/recovery sessions across the entire intervention period) dosing schedule. The phase 1b trial will only test one dose of exercise therapy - the RP2D identified in the phase 1a trial.

Researchers think that exercise may be able to prevent cancer from coming back by lowering ctDNA levels. The purpose of this study is to explore how aerobic exercise (exercise that stimulates and strengthens the heart and lungs and improves the body's use of oxygen) can reduce the level of ctDNA found in the blood. During the study, the highest level of exercise that is practical, is safe, and has positive effects on the body that may prevent the return of cancer (including a decrease in ctDNA levels) will be found. Each level of exercise tested will be a certain number of minutes each week. Once the best level of exercise is found, it will be tested further in a new group of participants. All participants in this study will have been previously treated for breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer.

Phase 1a/b Trial of Exercise as Interception Therapy for Primary High-Risk Cancer

Using an adaptive phase 1 (non-randomized) design, non-exercising (i.e., \<60 mins/wk of moderate or vigorous exercise) post-treatment patients with primary breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer and detectable ctDNA (n=50) will be administered one of five escalating dose levels.
