Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of multiple dosing of avapritinib on the pharmacokinetics (PK) of midazolam in adult patients with metastatic or unresectable gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), recurrent gliomas, or other KIT mutant tumors.
