The C2i-WGS-MRD Test (hereinafter referred to as C2i-Test), a personalized molecular circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) test, is an in vitro qualitative test that uses next generation sequencing (NGS) based whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data for detecting molecular residual disease (MRD) in patients diagnosed with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) and histopathologically classified as stage II-IIIA

The overall objective of this study is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness by means of investigation of the ability of C2i-Test to predict 2-year recurrence-free survival post-RC in stage II-IIIA MIBC patients.

This is a prospective non-interventional study to evaluate the specificity of the C2i-Test in predicting 2-year recurrence-free survival post- definitive treatment (RC/RC + adjuvant chemotherapy), compared to the gold standard (GS) diagnosis as determined by patient outcome (based on NCCN guidelines).

The C2i-WGS-MRD Test (hereinafter referred to as C2i-Test), a personalized molecular circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) test, is an in vitro qualitative test that uses next generation sequencing (NGS) based whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data for detecting molecular residual disease (MRD) in patients diagnosed with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) and histopathologically classified as stage II-IIIA. The C2i-Test is a single site assay performed in the C2i Genomics' CLIA-certified laboratory.

Multi-Institutional Evaluation of C2i-Test Performance for Detecting Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) in Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer Patients Undergoing Radical Cystectomy.

Specificity will be derived from a two-by-two summary table of observed counts of positive or negative results by C2i-Test and the relevant GS and defined as: C2i-Test Specificity = True Negative /(True Negative +False Positive )

Patients with stage II or III solid tumors undergoing curative intend surgery enrolled before surgery.

Patients with stage II or III solid tumors undergoing neoadjuvant therapy followed by curative intend surgery enrolled before neoadjuvant therapy.

Patients with advanced, recurrent and/or metastatic disease requiring systemic therapy with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy or a combination of any before initiation of any therapy or a new line of therapy following documentation of disease progression on prior therapy.

No intervention except to collect blood for diagnostic test development

The aim of this study is to employ genomic detection methodologies to measure the relative amount of tumor nucleic acids in the blood of a cancer patient with diagnosed metastatic disease that is either commencing, currently undergoing or completed cytotoxic chemotherapy treatment. More generally, this approach will allow us to develop a quantitative measure of therapy efficacy via the counting of the relative changes in tumor molecules over the course of treatment.

The purpose of this research is to find new predisposition genes for differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC).

The purpose of this research is to find new predisposition genes for differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). Therefore, in the absence of a BAP1 and DICER1 abnormality, we offer to sequence your whole genome (WGS) or partial genome (genotyping) for a previously unknown genetic abnormality.

Furthermore, the discovery of new genes would be a major medical advance that could contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets.

This research will be conducted at the University Hospital of Nantes and the Hospital of Vendée and 95 people should participate.

IDEntification of New Predisposition Genes in Differentiated THYroid Cancer

To be achieved by a whole genome sequencing (WGS) approach in a familial analysis of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. In addition, high-throughput genotyping of multiple individuals in each family will allow complementary detection of genomic regions that are shared only by affected subjects

By studying the association between the clinical characteristics of patients and the identified genetic variants

Definition of the spatial location of family forms of CDT and to identify possible founding effects
