EVIDENCE is a non interventional, French, multicenter study. Patients will be screened by local severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) immunoassay in their oncology department (rapid diagnostic test (RDT) or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)). In patients with positive local SARS-CoV-2 immunoassay, a centralized SARS-CoV-2 ELISA will be performed in order to double check the immune response of all patients considered immune by local immunoassay.

Patients with cancer are a high-risk group in the COVID-19 pandemic. They are already vulnerable to infection because of their underlying illness and often immunosuppressed status, and are at increased risk of developing severe complications from the virus, including intensive care unit admission or even death. In light of this increased risk, many guidelines have been issued, aiming at minimizing the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection occurrence and/or gravity. These changes in cancer care could however translate in less efficient or delayed treatments. In this study, we want to detect cancer patients that were exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and acquired an immunity. These patients immune to the SARS-CoV-2 virus are susceptible to receive the standard of care, meaning the most appropriate treatment to manage their cancer. Large-scale serodiagnosis are considered as the solution to progressively relax the current lockdown in France. RDT and ELISA, which were not available until mid-April 2020, will be largely used in the general French population over the coming months, millions of tests have already been ordered by French authorities and companies.

The aim of this study is to control that oncology patients qualified immune by local immunoassay are indeed safe (i.e. have extremely low risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection following a positive local immunoassay test). Of note, several immunoassays (RDT or ELISA) will be used in the participating centers throughout the study. A confirmation of positive cases yielded by these different immunoassays will be performed by a centralized ELISA, in order to minimize the risk of false positive results.

Individual Participant Data will not be shared at an individual level. Those data will be part of the study database including all enrolled patients.

The primary endpoint of this study is the recurrence of COVID-19 within 3 months following the immunoassay-positive result obtained before the inclusion in the study. The recurrence is defined by the presence of symptoms confirmed either by a positive reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) result for SARS-CoV-2 or by the adjudication committee. Immunoassay will be said positive as per the predefined reference corresponding to the immunoassay.

Agreement between the different immunoassays and the centralized ELISA, using the centralized ELISA as benchmark.

The purpose of this study is to examine how patients with multiple myeloma (MM) have been impacted by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic.

The study will use a questionnaire to further understand how patients are being affected and gather information in order to track the long-term effects of the coronavirus.

CovidSurg-Cancer is an international, multicentre, observational cohort study designed to evaluate the 30-day COVID-19 infection rates in elective cancer surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Centres can elect to include one or more cancer types in the study, in any combination, depending on local expertise and capacity. During the pilot study, investigators should enrol patients with confirmed diagnoses of:

* Colorectal cancer
* Oesophagogastric cancer

As a rapid response study to the COVID-19 pandemic, included cancer types will evolve throughout the course of the CovidSurg-Cancer study period, for example, to include breast, liver, pancreatic, gynaecological, urological cancers, or sarcomas.

The rapid emergence of the COVID-19 virus has led to a global impact on elective surgical care.

We have very little evidence to guide us. The magnitude and effects of these changes are uncertain. The safety of operating on patients electively with the risks of COVID-19 postoperative pneumonia is unknown.

High-quality data will allow policy planning at regional and hospital level for both this outbreak and future pandemics. CovidSurg-Cancer will run in parallel to CovidSurg (which is capturing outcomes of patients undergoing surgery for all indications with concurrent COVID-19).

The primary aim is to evaluate the 30-day COVID-19 infection rates in elective cancer surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Secondary aims include; comparison of the 30-day postoperative mortality rate in cancer surgery patients that develop COVID-19 infection versus those who do not; an exploration of the scale of resource constraints related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and their impact on outcomes of elective cancer surgery; to explore variation in the selection of patients for continuing elective cancer surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic; to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on treatment pathways for cancers with a decision for surgical resection with curative intent.

This investigator-led, non-commercial, non-interventional study is extremely low to zero risk. This study does not collect any patient identifiable information and data will not be analysed at hospital-level.

Participants will be post-cancer treatment patients who were hospitalized for COVID-19.

Aerobic Exercise Therapy/AT will consist of 30 weeks of treadmill walking sessions. AT will consist of supervised, individualized walking delivered up to 6 times weekly (over a 7-day period) to achieve a cumulative total duration ranging from 90 mins/wk up to 375 mins/wk following a non-linear dosing schedule. The planned dose and scheduling of AT will be continually altered and progressed in conjunction with appropriate rest/recovery sessions across the entire intervention period (i.e., non-linear periodized schedule).

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a 30-week aerobic exercise therapy program in cancer patients recovering from COVID-19. The study will look at whether the aerobic exercise therapy causes few or mild side effects in participants. Aerobic exercise is physical activity that uses the large muscle groups (muscles in your legs, buttocks, back, and chest) and can be performed for several minutes at a time. The aerobic exercise therapy being used in this study will be a walking program that will be adjusted so it matches participant fitness levels (how much exercise you can handle).

The main objective of the study is th description of the characteristics and evolution of patients with lung cancer who have acquired COVID-19 infection.

For the identification of patients who contract COVID-19 infection, the IgG+ blood test by ELISA method will be used.

Non-post-authorization study, retrospective of data collection and prospective of IgG analysis, observational and multicenter.

The study will be extended to all the sites of the Spanish Lung Cancer Group, more than 170 centers and 500 professionals, and it is expected that around 1,500 IgG tests will be carried out.

The scope of phase I is the identification of acquired immunity (IgG) in patients with lung cancer, whether or not they have presented symptoms of having suffered from COVID19. In addition, the description of the characteristics and evolution of patients with lung cancer who have contracted COVID-19 infection will be carried out.

For the identification of patients who contract COVID-19 infection, the IgG+ test in blood will be used by ELISA method.

The scope of phase II is the confirmation of the presence of antibodies (IgG) in patients who tested positive in Phase I of the study a few weeks after the first diagnosis made through the SOLID study.

A huge number of initiatives about COVID-19 are ongoing and a growing number of publications regard the correlation between cancer patients in general and SARS-CoV-2 infection. Although it has been reported that cancer patients are at a higher risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection and COVID-19 complications, data collection about cases of NEN patients SARS-CoV-2 positive are scattered and related to single countries or institutions. Because of that and due to the rarity and heterogeneity of NEN it will be hard to have homogeneous, reliable, representative and reproducible data for drawing adequate clinical recommendations about NEN patients and COVID-19.

Therefore we propose a global collection of data through an international database to describe and monitor NEN patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection. This retrospective/prospective collection of data can create a solid basis to check frequence of events, clinical management, clinical outcome, demographic, geographical, clinical and biological correlations. This will be helpful for the clinical and scientific community to get reliable information for a homogeneous clinical management of NEN patients during COVID-19 pandemic.

At the end of December 2019, several cases of pneumonia of unknown origin were diagnosed in Wuhan, in the province of Hubei, China. These cases have been linked to a new beta-coronavirus (COVID-19), identified with RT-PCR method from samples taken from the bronchoalveolar samples of a patient with pneumonia of unknown etiology in the Wuhan Jinyintan hospital. Severe acute respiratory coronavirus 2 syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) has spread rapidly worldwide causing a pandemic.

Cancer patients are considered at greater risk of viral infection and its complications, including SARS-CoV-2. Certain types of cancer, such as thoracic cancers, and underlying clinical conditions, for instance concomitant immunosuppressive therapies or immune-related comorbidities, are factors potentially predisposing to an increased risk of infection and eventually complications of COVID-19.

In this context, it is difficult to understand where and how to identify patients with neuroendocrine neoplasia (NEN).

We propose a global collection of data through an international database to describe and monitor NEN patients with COVID-19. This retrospective/prospective collection of data can create a large basis to check frequency of events, clinical management, clinical outcome, demographic, geographical, clinical and biological correlations.

Over the last months, the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute in Bologna, Italy, has drained orthopedic urgencies from all other hospitals in the urban and suburban area. In this context urgencies are defined as fractures and primary or metastatic bone lesions with indication to non-deferrable surgery. A subset of these patients tested positive for SARS CoV 2, either before or after the surgical procedure.

Anesthesiological clinical management of covid19 cases is complicated by the consequences of the viral infection on respiratory and cardio-vascular systems, renal function and coagulation. Similarly, management of asymptomatic patients is challenging because of the lack of data on possible specific complications.

This study will report a snapshot of our early experience on perioperative clinical management of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in the presence of SARS CoV 2 infection, ascertained or not at the time of surgery.

This is a monocentric, retrospective, observational study.

the study will analyze all medical records of patients that underwent major or non-delayable orthopaedic surgery from the 1st of March 2020 to the 30th of June 2020 with known ongoing Coronavirus infection or postoperative diagnosis via nasal swab test collected at Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute.

Medical history, anthropometrical, clinical, radiological, and biochemical data will be inserted in a database.

Primary objective will be to estimate population mortality in the time frame from surgery to hospital discharge.

Secondary objectives will be estimation of correlation between SARS-CoV2 infection and main postoperative complications. Mortality and site infection rate will be compared among the cohort and pre-COVID19 similar data.

Continuous variables will be summarized using median and interquartile range while dichotomic variables will be expressed as absolute and relative frequencies. Frequencies and outcomes will be reported as absolute frequency (observed / total) and relative percentage. Association between independent variables and outcomes will be tested with multivariate analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test or Mann-Whitney) and Fisher's exact test according to the type of variable and its distribution (and the experimental question at hand). Variables showing statistically significant association (p\<0.1), will be used to build a multivariate logistic regression model with dichotomic dependent variable. Statistical significance threshold will be set to 0.05.

This study is for patients that are hospitalized for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The purpose of this study is to see whether neutralizing interleukin-8 (IL-8) with BMS-986253 can help improve the health condition of participants infected with COVID-19. This is the first in-human study of this investigational product specifically in patients with severe COVID-19. Currently there are no FDA approved medications that improve the chance of survival in patients diagnosed with COVID-19. However there are usual treatments currently being used to help treat COVID-19 patients and BMS-986253 will be compared to these standard of care treatments in this study.

This is a single center, randomized, open-label, phase 2 trial to evaluate the time-to-improvement in the 7 point ordinal scale following treatment with anti-IL-8 therapy (BMS-986253) compared to standard of care in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 respiratory disease. Patients will be randomized 2:1 to receive either BMS-986253 or standard of care. Patients randomized to treatment with BMS-986253 will receive between 1-3 doses of therapy depending on their clinical status. Participants will be assessed daily while in the hospital and with then be followed for up to 1 year after discharge.

Participants will receive either BMS-986253 2400mg intravenous (IV) at 0 and 2 weeks (if patient is still hospitalized) and then 4 weeks (only if continued severe respiratory disease) or standard of care treatment.

A Randomized Phase 2 Study of Anti-IL-8 Therapy Versus Standard of Care in the Treatment of Hospitalized Patients With Severe COVID-19

The time to improvement in the 7-point ordinal scale in patients treated with anti-IL-8 therapy compared to standard of care/controls. Measured from baseline to 2 point or greater improvement in 7-point ordinal scale.

The time to death will be defined as the time from onset from symptoms until death from any cause. Patients who are alive or lost to follow-up at the cut-off date will be censored from this analysis.

The time to intubation will be defined as the time from symptom onset until time of intubation. Any patients already intubated at enrollment will be censored from this analysis.

The proportion of patients requiring intensive care unit (ICU) admission will be calculated as the number of patients requiring ICU admission over the course of their hospitalization over the number of evaluable patients.

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Survey on Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) in Oncology Registry (ASCO Registry) aims to help the cancer community learn more about the patterns of symptoms and severity of COVID-19 among patients with cancer, as well as how COVID-19 is impacting the delivery of cancer care and patient outcomes. The ASCO Registry collects both baseline and follow-up data on how the virus impacts cancer care and cancer patient outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rationale:

The COVID-19 Pandemic presents a unique opportunity to capture information on how a disease outbreak affects delivery of high-quality cancer care. ASCO is providing the means for the oncology community to rapidly submit data that will inform both current cancer care and provide information to help guide decision-making for future disease outbreaks. While other entities have launched COVID-19 cancer registries, ASCO's registry collects information about patients undergoing treatment for cancer and with confirmed COVID-19 infection based on a positive test. Unlike other registries, ASCO's registry collects follow-up information on both COVID-19 disease and cancer outcomes at 30-day intervals for the first 90 days and 90-day intervals thereafter up to one year after COVID-19 diagnosis.

Project Objectives:

Capture and describe cancer and COVID-19 status at COVID-19 diagnosis, and cancer and COVID-19 outcomes of patients with cancer and COVID-19 from participating cancer practices/institutions. Data collected includes treatment approaches, cancer status, changes to cancer treatment plans in patients with confirmed severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection, status of COVID-19 infection (e.g., severity of symptoms, need for ventilator, hospitalization, etc.) and cancer (e.g., cancer progression, treatment-related changes/modifications, etc.).

Research Objectives:

Objective 1: Describe the distribution of symptoms and severity of COVID-19 among patients with cancer (on active treatment or on adjuvant treatment within 12 months after surgical resection) who have confirmed infection of SARS-CoV-2 •Objective 1.1: Describe distribution of symptoms and severity of COVID-19 stratified according to demographic characteristics, including age, cancer type, cancer extent, race, ethnicity, geography, type of therapy received, smoking status, comorbidities, etc.

•Objective 1.2: Identify characteristics independently associated with severity of COVID-19 in cancer patients.

Objective 2: Examine SARS-CoV-2 viral infection outcomes (ongoing, recovery, hospitalized, not in ICU; hospitalized in ICU; placed on ventilator; death due to COVID-19 disease complications) and cancer outcomes (stable, response to treatment, progression, delayed treatment, treatment discontinued, and death)

* Objective 2.1: Stratify patients with SARS-CoV-2 viral infection according to characteristics described in Objective 1.1 to examine whether any of the characteristics are independently associated with COVID-19 and/or cancer outcomes

The registry collects data about patients with a cancer diagnosis who have a confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection and are being treated at participating cancer practices/institutions within the United States. Patients in one of the four categories are eligible:

1. Patients with a new cancer diagnosis and in the process of cancer staging and/or receipt of initial cancer therapy
2. Patients with clinically evident cancer receiving anti-cancer treatment,
3. Patients who are disease free, but receiving any type of adjuvant therapy within 1 year following surgical resection (including hormonal treatments), and
4. Patients with clinically evident cancer receiving supportive care only.

Statistical Considerations and Reporting:

ASCO's Center for Research and Analytics (CENTRA) reports via a data dashboard (https://www.asco.org/covid-resources/asco-registry/data-dashboard) to the general cancer community key characteristics of patients in the Registry. ASCO also submits abstracts for presentation and manuscripts for publication. Reports summarize overall data and stratified by patient characteristics, such as disease sites and stage, age and comorbidities. Reports or publications will also include cancer treatment delay and discontinuation of cancer treatments including surgery, radiation and drug-based therapies, due to the patient's COVID-19 disease and to other factors, with stratification by other variables as described above. Changes in practice patterns of care, staffing, resources, and interactions with patients will also be evaluated and summarized.

As there is no hypothesis testing planned, there is no required sample size and providing reports also provided to other registries, with cumulative information, will not affect validity of results. Confidence intervals will be provided where appropriate to demonstrate precision of estimates.

ASCO Survey on Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Oncology (ASCO) Registry

ASCO is making deidentified Registry data available to researchers (both those at Registry sites and those not involved with the Registry) who submit a qualified research proposal for further analysis. ASCO reviews requests for Registry data from individuals and entities that submit a research proposal that complies with ASCO's requirements for data access. ASCO will promote access to information for projects that address the needs of patients with cancer, including marginalized populations and communities. ASCO will promote authenticity, quality, reliability and integrity of information and analyses. ASCO will promote fair access and efficiency in the use and sharing of ASCO Information within the bounds of this Policy.

Any patient deaths that occurred as measured by number of days after COVID-19 diagnosis

Alive vs. dead up to 24 months from COVID-19 diagnosis

Time to event endpoint measured as the time from covid-19 dx to death, censored at the last time patient was known to be alive if there is no death date provided.

Categorical variable of cancer status, compared to time at COVID-19 diagnosis (stable, responding to therapy, progressed). This will be measured over time (longitudinally) and can take different values for the same patient at different time points.

An indicator (yes v no) of whether the patients cancer has relapsed since COVID-19 diagnosis. This will be measured over time (longitudinally) and can take different values for the same patient at different time points.

This is a multi-centre study on lung cancer patients which experienced COVID-19. Information on clinical features, clinical course, management and outcomes will be collected for both, thoracic cancers and COVID-19 infection. Firstly, investigators will be registered in an online secure registry. After that, a protocol will be developed in order to collect clinical data for the research. It will also include I on the care organization or the perception of the patient and their family members.

The final stage will consist on retrospective data collection from patients. So, it is a retrospective study data collection, preceded by prospective data registry.
