Adult patients (\>18 years) candidates to stereotactic biopsy for histopathological diagnosis of intra-axial lesions suspected for primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSLs).

To characterize the peritumoral area in PCNLs through the use of advanced MRI sequences.

To evaluate the predictive value of sodium fluorescence to confirm ex-vivo the diagnostic tumor tissue prior to histopathological examination.

Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is an aggressive extranodal non- Hodgkin lymphoma exclusively localized into the nervous system. The aim of this study is to evaluate the MRI imaging characteristics of the peritumoral area (PTA) and to correlate this information to pathological findings.

Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is an aggressive extranodal non- Hodgkin lymphoma exclusively localized into the nervous system. It is a relatively rare disorder, accounting for only 3% of all primary brain tumors but due to its anatomical localization represents an important clinical and diagnostic challenge in onco-hematology. different MRI patterns of the peritumoral area (PTA) might correlate with different histopathological sensitivity regarding diagnostic potential out of contrast-enhanced region (CER). Improvements in the understanding of PTA diagnostic potentials is of great help in diagnosing patients with deep-seated lesions, who would otherwise be not eligible for stereotactic biopsy and therefore for a consequent adequate treatment.

At the inclusion, both all patients, a 18F-FDG-PET/CT and a dw-MRI will be performed

A FDG PET scan and a diffusion-weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging will be performed to compare the efficacy to diagnose relapse in thyroid carcinoma

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the concordance between the 18F-PET/CT under thyrotropin stimulation and the diffusion-weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging, in the detection of residual mass in 40 patients with partial response or relapsed differentiated thyroid carcinoma.

The schedule and the procedures of the study are the following ones :

* Baseline evaluation :

  * Clinical examination with neck echography after rhTSH stimulation
  * Normal whole body scan
* First visit (inclusion):

  18F-FDG PET/CT DW-MRI of the neck if possible performed shortly after the PET CT or within following days
* Following visits: at 6 months and 12 months

  * DW-MRI of the neck performed shortly after the PET CT or within following days.
  * Ultrasonography guided fine needle aspiration for cytology for detection of cervical metastases and identifying thyroglobuline in the needle washout fluid if needed and in case of positivity of either PET or DW-MRI exams.
  * Histological assessment of biopsies if performed

This is a phase 1 study to determine the feasibility and utility of using serial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to assess treatment response during and after radiation therapy (standard of care cancer treatment) for participants with advanced esophageal cancer, glioblastoma, prostate cancer, vulvar cancer or pediatric glioma.

The research study procedures include three MRI scans (one before, one during, and one after standard of care cancer radiation therapy) for participants with advanced esophageal cancer, glioblastoma, prostate cancer, vulvar cancer or pediatric glioma.

This is a phase 1, non-randomized, open-label study evaluating feasibility of serial MRI, with an option for an expansion cohort. The optional expansion cohort is a prospective imaging registry evaluating imaging biomarkers as predictors of disease control with standard of care treatment.

This research study is a feasibility study, meaning that it is the first time that investigators at this institution are examining the process of getting multiple MRIs during radiation treatment.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared this MRI scanner for use.

Participants who fulfill eligibility criteria will be entered into the trial.

The research study procedures include screening for eligibility, and three MRI scans. MRI imaging will be performed as per disease site standards.

A total of 139 participants will be enrolled in this trial:

* 13 participants in the esophageal cancer cohort
* 10 participants in the initial glioblastoma cohort and 36 participants in the image registry expansion cohort
* 10 participants in the prostate cancer cohort and 50 participants in the image registry expansion cohort
* 10 participants in the vulvar cancer cohort
* 10 participants in the pediatric glioma cohort

Feasibility is defined as successfully enrolling patients, acquiring MRI data at all timepoints, identifying the target on MRI data obtained at all timepoints, and processing MRI data at all timepoints to yield pre-specified MRI-derived measurements.

Validating a previously developed predictive model to identify the most likely area of recurrence using MRI-based features.

For subprotocols studying the adaptive treatment, the secondary objective is dosimetric change in the in silico adaptive radiation therapy plans, without delivering adaptive plans in Phase I.

Glioblastoma is the most aggressive kind of brain cancer and leads on average to 20 years of life lost, more than any other cancer. MRI images of the brain are taken before the operation, and every few months after treatment, to see if the cancer regrows. It can be hard for doctors to tell if what they see in these images represent growing cancer or a sideeffect of treatment. The similarity of the appearance of the treatment side-effects to cancer is confusing and is known as "pseudoprogression" (as opposed to true cancer progression).

If doctors mistake the appearance of treatment side-effects for growing cancer, they may think that the treatment is failing and change the patient's treatment too early or put them into a clinical trial. This means that patients may not be given the full treatment and the results from some clinical trials cannot be trusted.

The aim of this study is to provide doctors with a computer program that will use MRI images of the brain that are routinely obtained throughout treatment, in order to help them more accurately identify when the cancer regrows.

The impact of pseudoprogression is significant on patient care and medical research. The existing evidence shows that it is feasible to use Support Vector Machine and Deep Learning classification models for predicting survival using routine MRI images as well as differentiating progression from pseudoprogression. The investigators wish to capture signal changing over time in routine MRI images using parametric response maps (via a state-of-the-art postoperative-to preoperative image registration method that they have developed) and use such classifiers to differentiate progression from pseudoprogression. The research the investigators are proposing is needed in order to provide a solution to the problem of pseudoprogression and be implemented across the NHS easily and efficiently. Importantly, this does not depend on advanced imaging techniques.

Data collected at KCH from the last 24 months shows that, even at a leading glioma imaging centre, only 66% of patients had advanced imaging (e.g. DSC-MRI) performed at the time of increase in contrast-enhancement i.e. possible progression. The primary aim of this research is to use routine clinical MRI data in order to train the classifier. This will increase the utility of the classifier, as such routine MRI data can be acquired by all imaging centres, and the new classifier can therefore provide a much more cost-efficient solution than an alternative classifier which may depend on advanced imaging techniques.

Initial training, testing and cross validation of a classification model will be carried out using MRI data of glioblastoma obtained from publicly-accessible imaging archives and King's College Hospital (KCH), London. For clinical validation, the trained model will undergo testing using MRI data from patients recruited prospectively.
