50 patients treated with antineoplastic agents will be enrolled.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between early myocardial injury caused by tumor drug therapy and intestinal microbial structure changes by echocardiographic two-dimensional speckle tracking technique and intestinal microflora structure detection.

This is a monocentric prospective cohort study in which 50 patients treated for malignant tumors will be included. All participants will be followed for 6 months after the initiation of oncology drug therapy. Echocardiography and 2D speckle tracking will be performed and stool and blood samples will be tested before treatment initiation and at 3 and 6 months after initiation.

We will test the collected fecal samples for 16S-rDNA

According to the existing clinical data in our hospital, retrospective study was conducted to screen the risk factors with predictive value for TRC(trastuzumab-related cardiotoxicity) risk, and to construct the risk prediction model for TRC.

The breast cancer patients with cardiotoxicity caused by trastuzumab were selected as the case group, and the breast cancer patients without cardiotoxicity were selected as the control group. The clinical baseline data, echocardiographic parameters and serum markers of the case group and the control group were compared to find out the risk factors that may have predictive value for the risk of TRC. The target factors were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis, and the TRC risk prediction model was established.

By dynamically observing the changes of echocardiogram and biomarkers in breast cancer patients using trastuzumab, evaluate the effect of trastuzumab on cardiac function; determine the sensitivity of echocardiography and biomarker indicators And specificity, explore effective and specific early warning indicators, and provide technical support for the evaluation of the cardiac safety of anti-tumor drugs.
