Paclitaxel (Taxol) 50 mg/m\^2 intravenous (IV) weekly over 1 hour for 5 weeks. Radiation therapy to the pelvis daily for 25 treatments.

Both radiation therapy and paclitaxel chemotherapy on Day 1 or 2, followed by radiation alone for four days, repeated every week for a total of 5 weeks, giving a total dose of 45 Gy with external beam radiation to pelvis and 5 courses of paclitaxel 50 mg/m\^2. Four-six weeks after pelvic radiation completed, 4 additional courses of paclitaxel 135 mg/m\^2 alone given every 21 days. Vaginal apex boost given either with last 3 external beam treatments or after external beam radiation completed for additional 3 days. No chemotherapy given with vaginal apex boost.

50 mg/m\^2 IV over one hour on Day 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 during radiation therapy followed by 4 additional courses at 135 mg/m\^2 IV over 3 hours every 21 days, 4-6 weeks after pelvic radiation is completed.

Primary Objectives:

* To evaluate the results of Paclitaxel and pelvic radiation in pelvic confined papillary serous carcinoma of the endometrium for both local control and overall survival.
* To evaluate the toxicity of Paclitaxel and pelvic radiation.
* To collect and evaluate patients' quality of life/symptom assessment data.

Paclitaxel is designed to block the mechanisms of cell division in cancer cells, which may cause them to die.

If you are found to be eligible to take part in this study, you will begin treatment. You will have radiation treatment to your pelvis (hip area) every day (Monday - Friday) for a total of 25 treatments. Each treatment should take about 20 minutes to complete.

After the radiation treatment, you will receive a type of radiation called a "vaginal cuff boost." The vaginal cuff boost involves a small device being inserted into the vagina to treat the back of the vagina with a high dose of radiation. The applicator is similar to placing a large tampon in the vagina. This internal treatment takes about 30 minutes for each treatment. This is separate from the external radiation treatments that are given.

While you are receiving radiation treatment, and then afterwards, you will also receive chemotherapy with paclitaxel. During the radiation period, you will receive paclitaxel by vein over 1 hour, on Days 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29. Starting 4-6 weeks after radiation treatment is finished, you will receive paclitaxel at a larger dose, given over 3 hours each time, once every 21 days (3 weeks). You will receive up to 4 "cycles" of chemotherapy, each cycle lasting 21 days.

You will be given certain drugs about 30 minutes before your chemotherapy treatments to help control possible side effects, like allergic reactions. These drugs include dexamethasone, diphenhydramine (Benadryl), and cimetidine.

You will have several tests performed throughout the study. Before each cycle of chemotherapy and one month after the last cycle of chemotherapy is given, quality of life and symptom assessment forms will be completed. These questionnaires should only take about 15 minutes to complete.

While you are on chemotherapy treatment, you will have tests performed before each chemotherapy treatment. This will involve blood (about 1 tablespoon) drawn for routine tests, and a review of your symptoms by the study staff.

Once you are off study treatment, you will be asked to return to the clinic for follow-up visits. These visits will occur every 3 months for 1 year, then every 4 months for 2 years, then every 6 months for 2 years, then once a year after that. At these visits, you will have a physical and pelvic exam performed, along with blood (about 1 tablespoon) drawn for routine tests. Chest x-rays will usually be done once a year and any other diagnostic exams will only be done if your doctor thinks they are needed.

This is an investigational study. There are no standard treatments for this type of endometrial cancer, but radiation and chemotherapy are common treatments. This combination of chemotherapy and radiation is considered experimental. Up to 49 patients will take part in this multicenter study. Up to 44 participants will be enrolled at M. D. Anderson.

Papillary Serous Carcinoma of the Endometrium

The percentage of participants who are still alive for A designated period of time (2 years and 5 years) after starting treatment. Continual Assessments every 3 months for 1 year, then every 4 months for 2 years, then every 6 months for 2 years, then once a year.

A randomized controlled open-label trial in patients with high risk prostate cancer. Eligible and consenting patients will be randomly allocated to receive stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) boost to prostate or conventional radiotherapy boost to prostate in 1:1 ratio. Prostate radiotherapy boost will be administered after standard pelvic radiotherapy. Subjects will be followed for 24 months post radiation treatment for Quality of Life assessment and toxicity.

In this study we investigate stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) as a boost radiotherapy treatment, following pelvic radiotherapy, in patients with high risk prostate cancer (PrCa) treated with Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT). One hundred patients with localized high risk PrCa will receive ADT for a total of 3 years. Three months after initiation of ADT all patients will receive pelvic (lymph node and prostate) treatment of 45Gy in 25 fractions (5 days per week). Then patients will be randomized to receive either The conventional radiotherapy (CRT) of 33 - 35 Gy in 16 fractions (5 days per week - over 22 days) (comparator arm) or SBRT boost treatment of 19.5 - 21 Gy in three fractions (1 treatment per week - over 22days) (experimental arm). SBRT boost treatment will be delivered with either cyberknife or VMAT technique.

Prostate Boost Irradiation With Stereotactic Body RT (SBRT)

A Randomized Phase II Trial Investigating Stereotactic Body RadioTherapy (SBRT) for Prostate Boost Irradiation in the Treatment of High Risk Prostate Cancer (PrCa)

To compare early QoL (up to 6 months post RT) in patients with high risk adenocarcinoma of the prostate treated with ADT and RT in the form of pelvic nodal irradiation and prostate boost with standard fractionation, or pelvic nodal irradiation and prostate boost with SBRT using Cyberknife or VMAT. QoL, defined as bowel and bladder function and bother after PrCa treatment, will be measured prior to and at regular intervals after completion of radiotherapy using the established Prostate QoL (The Expanded Prostate cancer Index Composite (EPIC-26 instrument)). Higher EPIC score represent a better outcome

The proposed intervention will will integrate two key components: pelvic health PT interventions (i.e., vaginal dilators, Pelvic Floor Muscle Training) and coping skills training for managing symptoms and improving treatment adherence. The intervention aims to improve women's sexual function after pelvic radiation

The proposed intervention will provide pelvic health physical therapy interventions including: education about vaginal moisturizers and lubricants, low back and hip assessment and instruction in accommodations (e.g., strategies for accommodating sexual position of choice), instruction in vulvar massage, instruction and facilitation of vaginal dilator use, and pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and exercises. Women will be given a set of vaginal dilators. Cognitive behavioral techniques that have been successfully used by physical therapists in prior intervention studies will be integrated into the PT intervention including breathing and relaxation techniques, guided imagery, systematic desensitization, cognitive restructuring techniques and coping thoughts, and problem solving

Integrated Physical Therapy and Coping Skills Training

The purpose of the study is to develop and test an intervention combining physical therapy (PT) and coping skills training to improve women's sexual function after pelvic radiation.

Pelvic radiation, which is a critical component in the treatment of many gynecologic, bladder, rectal and anal cancers, often results in devastating and long-lasting sexual side effects. Vaginal changes following pelvic radiation include adhesions, agglutination, fibrosis, dryness, atrophy, and stenosis. Pelvic radiation-related sexual problems are often undertreated, resulting in poor symptom management and reduced quality of life. Rehabilitation programs including pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and vaginal dilator exercises may help minimize post-radiation vaginal changes and related sexual problems, but use of these rehabilitation strategies is inconsistent and infrequent in routine clinical practice. For many women, engaging in these rehabilitation strategies can be difficult and adherence is low (e.g.,1% to 35% for dilator use). Barriers to engaging in PFMT and dilator exercises include lack of information, pain, embarrassment, fear, and reliving invasive treatments. There is a critical need for interventions to help women access and engage in rehabilitation following pelvic radiation treatment. We propose to develop and pilot test a novel physical therapist delivered intervention to improve women's sexual function after pelvic radiation that integrates pelvic health physical therapy interventions (i.e., vaginal dilators, PFMT) and cognitive-behavioral based coping skills training for managing symptoms and improving treatment adherence. Pelvic health physical therapy interventions have demonstrated effectiveness for treating pelvic pain and sexual pain disorders. Coping skills training interventions have demonstrated benefits for reducing symptoms and improving treatment engagement.This study includes two phases: intervention development and pilot testing. For intervention development (months 1-6), qualitative data obtained from patient and healthcare provider interviews will be used to develop and refine the integrated PT and coping skills training intervention. Using information obtained in qualitative interviews, we will develop the intervention. In pilot testing (months 7-12), we will pilot the developed intervention with women who were treated with pelvic radiation. : The specific aims of this study are to: 1) develop and refine an integrated PT and coping skills training intervention based on qualitative data from interviews with cancer survivors, oncology providers, and pelvic health physical therapists; 2) pilot the developed intervention to examine its feasibility and acceptability; and 3) examine the patterns of change and relationships among outcome variables including vaginal changes, pelvic floor function, sexual function and satisfaction, and use of rehabilitation exercises.

The study evaluates the addition of Chinese Herbal Compound Dendrobium Huoshanense Granules to capecitabine and irinotecan in neoadjuvant chemoradiation(CRT) in locally advanced rectal cancer. Half of participants will receive CRT with Dendrobium Huoshanense Granules, while the others will receive CRT with placebo. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of two methods of treating cancer of the cervix. Half the patients will receive gemcitabine plus cisplatin while undergoing radiation therapy, followed by adjuvant gemcitabine and cisplatin and the other half will receive cisplatin along with radiation therapy without adjuvant therapy.

Original outcome was Progression-Free Survival (PFS) probability at 3 years. PFS=time from baseline to progressive disease (PD) or death from any cause. Probability is not an accepted "Measure Type", so number of progression-free patients still at risk and cumulative number of patients that had an event (PD or death of any cause) are presented.

Original outcome was Time to Progressive Disease (TTPD), which is the time from baseline to event (progressive disease or death due to study disease). The median TTPD was not achieved and therefore the cumulative number of participants with event (and those still at risk) at various time points are presented.

Local failure rate (LFR) was defined as the the proportion of per-protocol participants who had progressive disease (PD) in the cervix or pelvis. LFR = The number of (a) participants who progressed in the cervix or pelvis divided by (b) the number of participants in each arm. (LFR=a/b).

Tumor response rate (TRR) defined as number of qualified responder patients with confirmed complete or partial response.

Original outcome was Overall Survival, which was defined as time from baseline to death from any cause.
